SATI Group and the collaboration with ContiTech Industrial Solutions: an agreement that strengthens the offering for vertical conveying systems

Castel Maggiore (BO), 23/07/2026 — SATI Group S.p.A., an Italian company headquartered in Castel Maggiore (Bologna) and a benchmark since 1964 in the production and distribution of industrial rubber products, announces the start of a collaboration with Continental (ContiTech division) aimed at the distribution and assembly of Flexowell® components for vertical and inclined conveying applications. The agreement comes as part of the evolution of the Flexowell offering and will allow SATI Group to make available to its customers the range of Continental components dedicated to this application segment, combining it with its own technical and manufacturing expertise. The range includes:
  • Flexowell® base belts
  • Maxoflex® corrugated sidewalls
  • Maxoflex® cleats
The components will be available both as spare parts and as elements for building complete systems for the transport of bulk materials. A distinguishing feature of SATI Group is its ability to assemble the various components in-house through its proven hot vulcanization process. This expertise makes it possible to produce complete belts by combining base belt, corrugated sidewalls and cleats, ensuring high quality standards and operational reliability even in the most demanding applications. The collaboration with Continental complements SATI Group's offering dedicated to vertical conveying systems, expanding the solutions available to customers and industry operators. Thanks to more than sixty years of experience, the company is able to support customers in choosing the configuration best suited to their specific application needs.
