The problem:
A manufacturer of compact grinders for small-sized materials had always used chevron belts with slopes over 30° and with open tops with consequent inefficiency in transport due to a lot of material sliding backwards.
The solution:
When asked by the customer, Sati technicians, following an inspection of the machines in operation, identified the UNILIST S15 CLOSED VERTEX belt as the solution; thanks to its V-shaped bone with closed vertex, this product allowed the customer to limit the material that returned during transport by over 30%, thus increasing the efficiency of the machines themselves.
Thanks to the V-bone design we have significantly limited the loss of material that returned!
