A leading agricultural machinery manufacturer contacted us with a very clear request: they needed a hose that would not yellow over time and that could maintain a clean, professional look, even after long exposure to direct sunlight.
Hoses commonly used for liquid suction and delivery in drainage systems and agricultural applications are often transparent. However, when exposed to sunlight and high temperatures, they tend to turn yellow quite quickly, affecting the overall appearance of the machine and giving the impression of wear—even when the hose is still perfectly functional.
The Solution
To meet the customer’s request, we developed AGRISTEEL PL in black, designed to ensure reliable performance and a consistent, professional appearance over time.
This choice eliminated visible yellowing and provided a hose that stays clean-looking even after long periods of exposure to sunlight.
A small change, but a decisive one: the customer can now install a high-quality hose on their machines that stays visually flawless, even after long periods of exposure to sunlight.
We needed a practical solution to a recurring issue. The new black Agristeel PL hose solved everything: the same performance level, but with a clean and professional look even after months in the sun.
